Our founder, Sarah Jenkins, noticed how many young people in Sheffield were coming out of school without a clue about bank accounts or credit. The idea for a practical, no-nonsense financial literacy school was born right here in the city.
First Workshops and Full Curriculum
We officially launched PoundWise Skills Sheffield. We developed our first set of interactive workshops, working closely with local youth groups and community centres. Word spread fast about our fun, game-based approach to learning.
